2. Withdrawal during Academic Session
a. Mid-term withdrawals are not permitted. Parents will be liable to pay fees for the entire academic session.
b. Relaxation in withdrawal norms is considered for job transfer or unforeseen circumstances with permission from the School Management. Parents will have to pay fees till the month of application or continuation, whichever is later.
c. Students who have been on the rolls and leave in April or May will have to pay a fee for one additional vacation month.
3. Withdrawal before Academic Session
a. If a newly admitted student withdraws before the session begins, a penalty of ₹20,000 will be forfeited from the admission deposit.
b. If a student withdraws within 3 months of the new session (April-June), only a percentage of the annual charges will be refunded.
4. Transfer Certificate (TC)
a. All school dues must be cleared before applying for TC.
b. TC will be issued only after one month from the application date and 10 days after clearing dues.
c. TC will only be issued to students who have studied for at least one full academic year.
d. Duplicate TC issuance requires an affidavit and newspaper cutting. Fees are applicable for TC and its duplicates/triplicates.
5. School Leaving Certificate
a. School Leaving Certificate will be issued only after clearance of all dues.
School Expulsion Rules
1. School authorities can ask the parent to withdraw the ward due to
a. Long absence without information.
b. Disciplinary reasons.
c. Failing for two consecutive years or being overage by two years in any class.
2. Students can be asked to leave on grounds of
a. Disciplinary issues.
b. Unsatisfactory academic progress.
c. Detention or repeated detentions.
d. Failing twice in the same class (especially if below average or overage).
3. Security Deposit Refund
a. The application for refund must clearly state the name for the cheque.
b. In case of withdrawal before the new academic year, application must be made two months before the last working day of the current session.
c. During the academic year, applications must be made two months before the next quarter.
d. A minimum period of 15 days after the last day of attendance is required for processing the refund (if applicable).
4. Other Points
a. Parents cannot claim the caution deposit until after the audit of accounts (after April 30th).
b. The excess payment received will be refunded only after verification (within 30 days of complaint).
